Inner West Light Rail Extension

The Inner West Light Rail project presented a number of design and governance challenges with numerous stakeholders including a State based project manager and multiple local councils through which the light rail passed through. PDG and Cardno were selected by Transport NSW to develop the public domain interface which included providing a high quality and public art centric public face associated with the new light rail stations. The end result was a public domain interface for the new Inner West Light Rail stations incorporating landscape works that included installations of public art, contemporary yet robust furniture and green spaces where there previously were none.
