Wolli Creek NSW

The Wolli Creek development is a medium density mixed use project located within the urban renewal precinct of Wolli Creek, Sydney. In order to soften the appearance and integrate the development into the streetscape, key features of the landscaped area(s) visible from the street were proposed to be super advanced. In particular, the design was to include a key landscaping feature to be located on the front building line. The design proposed a vertical green facade to soften the appearance of the building to the street and assist in carbon sequestration. The overall development was designed to provide residents with private open space that is clearly defined, usable and meets user requirements for privacy, solar access, outdoor activities, accessibility and soft landscaping. The roof top was designed to provide adequate and usable communal open space for the residents and to ensure that the open space areas were located with a northerly aspect to receive adequate solar access.
