Wentworth Apartments, Wentworthville NSW

Working closely with the Bathla Group team of Architects, our design team was responsible for designing the ground floor communal spaces between the three towers. This included extensive landscaping along the Cumberland Highway and to the surrounding low density homes. The landscaping treatment is intended to create visual and passive recreational amenity for the residents and provide privacy screening to the highway and to the existing homes at the rear of the site. The overall development was designed to provide residents with contemporary communal open space that is clearly defined, usable and meets user requirements for privacy, solar access, outdoor activities, accessibility and soft landscaping.
