Vue Residences, Bondi Junction NSW

VUE is a landmark residential project in a commanding location at the gateway to Bondi Junction with breathtaking views across Sydney. The 19 level tower contains 133 one, two and three-bedroom apartments with 600m2 of prime retail space and offers a communal pool deck on level 6. Working collaboratively with DJRD Architects, our design team were responsible for upgrading the retail edge and public domain interface in accordance with Waverley Council’s public domain technical manual. The key attraction for the residents was the design of the extensive limestone clad pool deck and roof top gardens. The sixth floor roof garden is socially activated with a heated pool with infinity edge providing residents with spectacular north facing city and harbour views.
