Grosvenor Place is a 44 story commercial office tower designed by renown Australian architects Harry Seidler & Associates. In 2008 an extensive refurbishment was undertaken to upgrade the internal foyer and food court areas.

309-321 Kent Street, Sydney NSW

PDG were recommended by construction company FDC to redesign and provide construction documentation and site review services for the Dexus Property Group and AMP Capital refurbishment of 309-321 Kent Street within the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

Sovereign Town Centre, Port Macquarie NSW

Sovereign Hills Town Centre shopping precinct has been delivered as the first stage of a 2.5 hectare, $100 million-dollar master plan in the hinterland of Port Macquarie.
